Fulfillment Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).After processing, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

BurnUp offers:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business daysExpedited Shipping: 2–3 business daysOvernight Shipping: Next business day (orders must be placed by 12:00 PM MST for same-day dispatch)

Note: Delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and destination.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, destination, and selected method.

4. International Orders

Available to select countries.Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.Delivery times vary by destination.

5. Order Tracking

Once fulfilled, a tracking number is emailed to you. You can monitor your shipment via the carrier’s website.

6. Cancellations
