Where senior leaders are coached by someone who has lived consequence,
not just studied performance.
This is not designed to be comfortable.
It is designed to forge.
This engagement is built for a specific kind of leader and a specific kind of company.
It is for CEOs and senior leadership teams who are already performing but know they have a ceiling they cannot see past. It is for organizations where the leaders are good but not yet great, and where the gap between current performance and real capacity is costing the business something measurable.
It is for owners willing to bring in someone who will tell their leaders the truth without softening it for politics. And it is for leaders who are willing to be coached, even when that coaching exposes things they would rather keep hidden.
A leadership team willing to be challenged.
Executive sponsorship from the top, including the CEO participating alongside the team.
A real problem they are trying to solve, not just a desire for general development.
If those three are true, this will be one of the most consequential investments you make in your company.
If they are not, this will not work, and I will tell you that on the call.

Investment varies by team size, format, and engagement scope. Group sizes range from five to fifteen participants. Pricing is determined on the call once we understand the scope of your team, the depth of work required, and what success looks like for your company.
What I can tell you now: this is a serious engagement, priced accordingly. The companies that bring this in are companies that understand leadership development is not a perk. It is an investment in the people running everything else.
If you are not sure whether the investment makes sense for your company, the call will tell us.
Most leadership coaches and consultants have studied performance. They have not built it.
I have. I built and led a $1.4 billion wealth management firm. I have raised capital, scaled teams, hired and fired hundreds of people, run sales organizations, and operated under the kind of pressure most leadership coaches read about in case studies. I know how to build a real business because I have done it. I know how to make money because I have made it.
Too many coaches and consultants have never actually built anything.
They teach from theory. I teach from lived experience.
And I know what happens when it falls apart. I lost everything publicly in 2023. I filed bankruptcy. I rebuilt from zero, while losing more than 145 pounds, walking out of a 17-year marriage, and reconstructing my identity from the ground up.
That combination is rare. Most coaches have either built something or done inner work. Few have done both at the level I have, and even fewer have done both publicly with everything on the line.
When I sit with your leaders, I know what they are not saying because I have felt the same fear. I have hidden behind the same achievement. I have run from the same darkness. And I know exactly what is underneath the patterns they are showing you on the surface.
Most leadership coaches can teach a leader to perform better in good times. I can teach a leader to operate from somewhere that does not collapse when the pressure actually hits.
Because I have been there. I know it.
That is the work.
The leaders running your company are capable of more. You know it. They know it.
The question is not whether they can grow. The question is whether you are willing to bring in someone who will hold them to the standard that growth actually requires.
If you are ready to have that conversation, the next step is a private call. We will talk about your team, the gap you are trying to close, and whether this engagement is the right fit. If it is, we move forward. If it is not, I will tell you that.
Either way, you will leave the conversation clearer than you came in.
